Commissioned by Forbes, we created an award for young leaders with outstanding achievements in business, civic activity, sport, volunteering, and service. It is a unique object made of recycled plastic and metal, embodying the spirit of change, responsibility, and the strength of a new generation.

To bring the concept to life, we used recycled plastic: the award takes the form of a cylinder with stainless-steel elements applied to its surface. Each piece was hand-finished to achieve a flawless polished effect.
