The POLE development center, in partnership with the dairy company Galychyna have turned yogurt lids into keychains shaped like traditional cheese horses.

We began by researching the tradition of crafting these horses at the Kosiv market. By combining ancient traditional craftsmanship with POLE’s approach to upcycling, we decided to create precise replicas of cheese horses using recycled yogurt lids. 3D specialists scanned a cheese horse in 3D, created a digital model, and used photopolymer 3D printing technology to produce a mold, into which plastic from shredded yogurt lids was later injected under pressure. To ensure every "horse" turned out perfect, we finished the pieces by hand, adding decorative elements made from recycled plastic.
